The NT Government's school holiday program has been released, ensuring a fun-filled few weeks for Territory youth.
From this Thursday 12 December 2024 to Tuesday 28 January 2025 a range of activities and events will take place across all regions, including:
- Central Australia and Alice Springs
- Darwin
- Greater Darwin including Palmerston
- East Arnhem
- Big Rivers and Katherine and
- Barkly and Tennant Creek.
The calendar of events offered a diverse mix of activities, many of which are free to attend.
From basketball and bike workshops in Alice Springs to roller skating sessions and golf camps in Katherine, and DJ and dance demonstrations in the Greater Darwin region, there is something for everyone.
The NT Government is providing funding to over 30 local youth, sports and community organisations across the Territory to deliver these activities through the 2024-25 Youth Vibe Holiday Grants.
Some activities require advance booking, so check online and secure your spot and while most activities are free, some may incur a small cost.
